Q: I can't find a downloadable entry form to include in my designated shared folder on Dropbox. I know we have to submit an online form and include the form in my designated shared folder on dropbox, how can I do so?


A: After completing the online entry submission, you can review the entry form needed to complete your online entry within your designated shared folder on Dropbox.

Q: Do we submit our full entry online?

A: Yes. Once you have paid for your submission, you will email cmprsapaceawards@gmail.com and ask us to share a PACE Awards Dropbox folder with you. Once we confirm your payment, and within 24 hours, we will send you an inviation to a shared Dropbox folder where you can upload your entries. 

Q: Why do we have the option of submitting files with our entry form online?

A: Organization logos, descriptions and visual aid files can be submitted online and will be used in the awards presentation to better showcase the winners. Additionally, you will be asked to submit any digital files you'd like the judges to review that are relevant to your entry (i.e., audio clips, PSAs, video files, digital newsletters, etc.)

Q: What is the deadline?

A: The entry deadline is 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3. The final cutoff for late entries is 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10. All entries submitted after Feb. 3 will be charged a $25 late fee per entry.

Q: How much does it cost to submit entries?

A: Campaigns are $60 each for CMPRSA Members and $75 each for Non-Members. Tactics are $40 each for CMPRSA Members and $55 each for Non-Members. All entries submitted after 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3 will be charged a $25 late fee per entry until the final cutoff at 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 10.

Q: Where can we view past awards winners?

A: Previous PACE Award winners can be viewed under the Awards tab. Photos of the event and past gallery of entries can be viewed under the Gallery tab

Q: Which entry categories have received the fewest entries in recent years?

A: Events, featured stories, speeches, and research have been smaller categories as of late.

Q: Can my organization be a sponsor of the PACE Awards?

A: Absolutely! Sponsorship opportunities can be found under our Sponsors tab. Contact sponsorship chair Angela Robertson for more information.

Q: When and where is the awards ceremony this year? How do we register?

A: Join us on Thursday, April 13 beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the Old Town Lansing Marquee. Entrants and guests can register now by visiting our Eventbrite page.

Q: Where will I park?

A: There is ample free street parking, as well as free parking at the lot across from the Old Town Marquee for all PACE entrants and guests.
